A group of girls from the UIV and LV travelled to Bonn on Sunday 26 March. The spent six days, exploring the city and visiting museums during Liebfrauenschule school time and immersing themselves in German culture and with their host familes in the afternoons and evenings. Over the week their German conversational skills improved greatly, quickly adapting to a different living environment. Some of the most memorable moments as a school group were visiting the natural history museum, Beethoven’s house, the Haribo factory, and espeically the Cologne cathedral. thich holds the relics of the three wise men in a shrine that took 30 years to make.
