This year’s French Day festivities took place on 3 February, celebrating the feast of La Chandeleur (French Pancake Day) in style with interactive activities and, of course, French-themed cuisine. During lunchtime, girls were able to listen to Mlle Ciais’ French choir, take part in Boules, play French board games and try their hand at Crêpes Tossing. Others were lured into fortune telling by the mystical Madame Ruj. Another highlight for budding foreign film enthusiasts was the French film Populaire playing throughout lunchtime. To top it off, Paulinas were able to experience some traditional French cuisine with a menu consisting of croque-monsier, duck confit and tarte à l’oignon. Bon appétit indeed!
