Following their excellent A level results, a group from this year’s leaving VIII and previous alumnae, who together form Erasmus Productions headed straight up to Edinburgh to perform in the biggest arts festival in the world: the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. From the very first performance, the company received an incredible five star review, calling the production ‘a work of wonder: intelligently inviting, fascinatingly fun and overwhelmingly enjoyable.’ The cast performed each show of Martin Crimp’s Attempts on her Life with passion and flair, even after some late nights… They also drew in large audiences despite the overwhelming competition at the festival. Erasmus Productions, directed by Miss Foley, delivered a ‘theatrical triumph’ on a world class platform, you can read the full review here.
