Maintenance Electricians (multi-skill)
£28,000 – £32,000 dependent on experience
The school is seeking to appoint two Maintenance Electricians. to join our maintenance team. These posts offer the opportunity to work within listed buildings as well as contribute to our newest construction projects – our new senior school building and sport pavilion – carrying out planned and reactive works.
The successful candidates will join a maintenance team of five. For one candidate with the right skill set and experience, a deputising role will justify allocation of a salary closer to the top end of the advertised range.
Applicants must be qualified as ECS graded electricians or possess C&G 2330 (level 3), or equivalent, with 17th edition. You will have solid experience of maintenance or facilities management and a good understanding of health and safety requirements and safe working practices. You will also possess the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, to complete work to given targets and deadlines. A flexible approach to work is essential, along with willingness to undertake a range of maintenance duties in support of the estates team.
