LV-VIII Careers Forum

We were delighted to welcome a selection of OPs to our most recent virtual Careers Forum to discuss their careers in law. Alexandra, LV, tells us more:

The LV-VIII recently enjoyed an amazing Law Careers Forum featuring Old Paulinas that have taken the path of law. It was very interesting, with each person talking about their individual career experiences within the law field; we got insights from barristers, solicitors and legal counsels. Helena Shipman, Isabella Hislop, Cristobel Smales, Marika Lemos and Alice Hart all shared their stories of how they decided to do law and their journey to get to where they are now. They spoke about all the different areas they have been involved with, like celebrities, music groups and the 2012 London Olympics. Thank you to Ms Mcdonald and Ms Porter for organising this and to all the alumnae who participated; it was very interesting and really gave an insight into what a law career would be like.
