OP Rowers Win Major Titles

August 30, 2016

Congratulations to Zoe de Toldeo, OP, (who recently met up with Miss Pegler above), who coxed the women’s eight at the Rio Olympics this summer, winning a silver medal. Zoe and her team made British rowing history as the first women’s team to win a medal at the modern Olympics: a massive source of pride for both Team GB and St Paul’s! Zoe was not the only OP to have success on the river this year. Over in Rotterdam, Donna Etiebet (below third from left) won a gold medal at the World Championships in the three seat of the women’s coxless four, after helping women’s eight qualify for the Rio Olympic Games.
