St Paul’s at NASA

September 5, 2016

Last July around 30 Paulinas and four teachers made the nine hour flight to Orlando, Florida, in one small step for each student – but one giant leap for St Paul’s. On the week-long trip, they visited the two Universal theme parks and the Orlando Science Center, but the two days spent at the Kennedy Space Center were easily the highlight for all involved, where they learnt about the USA’s space program, both past and future, had the pleasure of meeting Buzz Aldrin and were encouraged to cast our eyes towards Mars. Who knows, maybe an inspired Paulina will form part of the crew pioneering a Mars mission?
