Diversity & Inclusion Intern

  • Required as soon as possible
  • Part time, up to 10 hours per week (hours to be determined according to the needs of the school and the role holder’s schedule, but this would ideally comprise a day per week in school and 2 hours remotely)
  • Term time only
  • Salary £3,000 per annum

St Paul’s Girls’ School is seeking a talented communicator who is interested in working with young people, mentoring, organising and working to increase awareness of inclusion within the school.

The Intern post supports the key role of the Deputy Head, Director of Inclusion and sits within the Inclusion team (which comprises the Director of Inclusion, the Inclusion Co-ordinator and the D&I Intern. The director of inclusion is responsible for developing and implementing the inclusion strategy, enabling everyone to thrive, diversity to be visible and valued and the school to represent the wider community.

The successful candidate will essentially be educated to degree level. With a passion for and knowledge of Equality, Diversity, and inclusion matters. Strong administrative and IT skills including use of Canva or similar design software for leaflets, posters etc.
