Green Week: Vegan cook along

Last week saw a huge number of different eco-themed activities and events on offer, organised by SPEAC (St Paul’s Environmental Action Committee) representatives. The week kicked off with the much-anticipated vegan cook along with Mr Fox. Students and families from across the school community tuned in to learn how to make vegan katsu curry, a twist on the Wagamama classic made with only plant-based products. The event was not only fun but educational as well, with Mr Fox teaching us about the chemistry behind ingredients. The event raised money for the school Bursary Fund. In all, it was a great start to an exciting week of eco-based activities and events.
