Head of Middle School

Required from September 2021

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-qualified individual with a highly successful teaching record, and an ability to lead, inspire a high-calibre team, and develop talented colleagues as The Head of Middle School.

The Head of Middle School is responsible for the overall leadership of the Middle School, and oversees the pastoral welfare, academic progress, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of students in LV, V and VI (Years 9, 10 and 11). S/he will also be a head of year in the Middle School. The Head of Middle School will be looked up to, to promote a positive climate for students, and to support the heads of year and form tutors develop a positive and inclusive environment for our pupils. They will also be Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, contributing to the overall work of the safeguarding team across the school, and with focus on the needs of pupils in LV, V and VI.
