Jonathan Phang Cook and Chat Event

We were delighted to welcome the brilliant celebrity chef Jonathan Phang for yesterday’s cook and chat evening, part of our LBGTQ+ History Month events. Jonathan taught students to make his Caribbean-style curried chicken with spinach and lentils while answering questions about his extraordinary life, career and adventures.
