On Friday 11 October, girls and teachers gathered in the Singing Hall for this year’s Amnesty Concert. Emilia, MIV, describes the event:
This annual event takes place in the first half term of each academic year, following a series of auditions. This year, the theme was ‘It’s time to save humanity’, and many groups based their acts on this topic. There were a wide range of performances, from musical groups, whistling, and piano solos to contortion and stand-up. Between acts, videos were played which illustrated the environmental problems we are currently facing, and showed St Paul’s teachers giving their views on the situation.
