New Leaf

New Leaf, our textbook exchange programme, has relaunched this week. The initiative is designed to decrease the environmental impact of school supplies whilst making it cheaper for Paulinas to purchase textbooks. Students are encouraged to donate their old textbooks for current students to purchase at half price (with the proceeds going to Room to Read). Excess books are donated to partner schools so you can be sure that any textbook donated is repurposed in a sustainable manner.
As part of our Covid-19 measures, this year books are quarantined for 48 hours before being catalogued by volunteer students and the partnerships department for onward distribution. We are delighted to have received a good number of excess textbooks and we plan to collaborate with IntoUniversity to widen our reach.
