MIV Party 2025
The MIV party happened on Friday 28 February, and was a tremendous success. It started with snacks, music and dancing in the dining hall. Everybody had a great time, whether it was dancing to their favourite songs in the Great Hall, watching highlights of the Despicable Me movies and colouring in their favourite minions, or even just getting their nails done by the VII!Some highlights of the party were: the food (more specifically the pizza, cupcakes, and sweets), seeing the unicorn that one of the VII dressed up as, dancing to FE!N and other amazing songs, and also just vibing with friends! There were also many different activities set up in the rooms around the Great Hall, such as Just Dance, a nail bar, a piñata, and many more awesome activities. I enjoyed seeing all the amazing costumes, with some dressed up as the purple minions from Despicable Me 2, and one of my classmates was even dressed up as Gru, perfectly imitating his long nose and his usual outfit! At the end of the evening, the VII announced the best costumes. Maia and Emilia were runner ups, and Jiya, who dressed up as Gru, won first place, and enjoyed a big box of sweets. MIVPG also won another box of sweets as they were one of the fastest forms to tidy up their assigned classroom, which was the messiest room after the nail bar!
A big thank you to the VII and our teachers for organising such a wonderful evening! I cannot wait for many more awesome experiences like this, and I’m sure the rest of the MIV is just as excited!
